9/20 Gossip

As usual, lots of good stuff going on with the Fire Diva's this week! Don't miss a second of it. And if you aren't a fan of the Fire Divas on Facebook, the question is WHY NOT? Go NOW and become a fan. You won't regret it!

Things over at Dorset Hill Beads are just "scentsational" these days. Eileen is excited over hubby Dave's fragrant candles making it into the Etsy Gift Guide...and it's not too late to enter her Theme for Thursday drawing!

Marcy is spreading the word about a new contest. And you'll want to check out her helpful posts on color and tools!

It's been a rough week but creative week over at The Blue Between. Pam lost a beloved canine friend but channeled her energies into some AMAZING chalcedony focals. These are MUST SEE!

Holly is still contemplating her OCD with an ugly bead and has found a way to keep some special treasures close to her heart.

Lara's is getting a little obsessed with Halloween by making some pretty pumpkins.

Island Girl, Lynne says "Mummy's the word!" and she's been busy making jellies...the glass kind!

Lea from LAJewelryDesign is thrilled over have her oh-so-pretty BHB picked for bead of the day!

Over at VillaDesign, Melissa gives a debriefing of her first outdoor show.

If you visit TheMermaidTale, Laurie has some new beads to share...and a confession. It seems she's been lying to her kids.

Over at Glass Addictions, Jennifer is recapping her entire Open Studio series. And there's some terrific business card tips.

If this isn't enough gossip for the week, you can go read this week's Fire Diva thread on etsy.Come back again for all the juicy gossip next week!

  1. Another noteworthy item is that the SGB Norcal chapter of the ISGB held a two day fundraiser for Beads of Courage at Aanraku Studio in San Mateo, including live torching demos, silent and live auctions, jewelry making instruction, and sales tables. I have been busy for the last couple of weeks helping out with this great cause, and appreciate everyone who came by or expressed their good thoughts in response to my blog post. BOC does good work.
