1. What is on your nightstand…list
everything?
Lamp, earrings, water, lotion, alarm clock, dust
2. If we were visiting, and starving and you weren’t
home…what could we find in your pantry / fridge to use to whip up a
meal?
Cheese and miracle whip. Milk, the cereal's in the cupboard!
3. Favorite color and how does this show up in your bead
work?
Green and purple. It's EVERYWHERE in my beads. lol
4. Making beads is solitary work. How do you handle that???
If you listen to music / watch videos, please share some of your
playlist.
Music, music, music. I work in the garage, I torch, and hubby watches tv. it's very pleasant.
5. Describe the most fun day you’ve ever had.
College!! I met some of my very best friends there. I started when I was 29. So anyone can go to college and learn. I have a biology degree. can you believe that??
6. If you had one wish, what would it be???
To be able to make lampwork beads as my full time career.
7. Who do you most admire in glass and if you could take a class with that person, what would you most want to learn?
Wow, there are so many people. I'd love to be able to meet all my lampworking friends! But if I can pick only one person, it would be......Corina Tettinger. Her work is amazing, and her books are great. And she's funny too.
8. What is the first thing you do when you get
home?
Check my websites...usually email first then plurk.
9. Do you have a day job??? If yes, what is your favorite
thing about it???
I do have a day job. The best thing about it is that I get a ton of vacation, bankers hours, and paid holidays....and a paycheck to buy more glass.
10. Name three tv shows you watch but are kind of embarrassed about.
I'm not embarrassed about any of them. But I am a cartoon fanatic, and my husband doesn't understand that. The only thing that truly embarrasses me is when a tv show or movie makes me cry. Don't look!!
