What is a team? ...
The answer... A group of ladies called the
Fire Divas, who have been organized to work interdependtly and cooperatively to meet the wants, desires, and needs of their customers by accomplishing a purpose and goals. A pretty "corporate" definition, huh? But it's an accurate definition of who we are.
But we're also a group of ladies who share a common love for glass, who have skills that complement each other, who are committed to the same goals, and understand the accountability it takes to make this team work.
